Chosen fence viewer for the quarter called Coopers Quarter.2 He was a identified as miller; the Comittee appointed by the towne to treat with the Millers John, samuell and Michaell Tod about the Mill for a full issue and settlement of that matter to prevent Suits at law, Gave the towne an accompt what they had don, and the Indentures between the partyes and said Millers on behalfe of the towne were Red, being Signed sealed and setled ande to be Recorded in the townes Leidger Book of Records on 28 April 1691 at New Haven, Conn.3 Ordered to attend the Mill for Grinding (with brother John) according to their agreement till further Order.4 Given Liberty to take in a field of the towns Land on the the east side the fresh meadow near the Littell plain to Rais Corn. The town granted (Samuel and others) them Liberty to fenc in about 40 acres of said Land for seven years and then the Land to be at the towns dispose they to fend said Land with the wood that groweth upon it.5 Chosen as fence viewer for the governors quarter. (last recorded date Samuel was fence viewer). Given liberty to grind one fry day of each weeke for strangers that Come to the mill. It was by voate granted so long as (with brother John) they can grind sutably for the inhabitants of the towne on the other five days of the weeke.

Wayne Carroll TODD was named for Carroll Rutherford ADAMS. Wayne Carroll TODD witnessed the cremation of Trudy Todd on 8 July 1999 at Aurora, Arapahoe County, Colo. Wayne Carroll TODD witnessed the ash scattering of Trudy Todd on 9 July 1999 at Glenwood Canyon Grizzly Creek Trail, Eagle County, Colo. Wayne Carroll TODD lived most recently at Aurora, Arapahoe County, Colo. He was cremated on 28 October 2002 at Aurora, Adams County, Colo, and his ashes were scattered on 15 May 2003 at the same place as his wife Trudy. Wayne, always interested in photography, became a photographer after leaving Minnesota and emigrating to Colorado in June 1940. He was one of thirteen founders of Colorado State Bowling Association. ABC Director, Harley J. Peterson, presided at the formation meeting held at the Auditorium Hotel in Denver on 13 Aug 1952. In 1954 Wayne was elected as Secretary of the Colorado State Bowling Association serving in that capacity until 1960. In 1975 he was inducted into Denver Bowling Association Hall of Fame. Eleven years later, Wayne was inducted into the Colorado Bowling Association Hall of Fame at a ceremony held in La Junta, Otero County Colo. On 17 Mar 1993, Wayne received the Mort Luby award for distinguished service to bowling journalism from the Bowling Writers Association of America (BWAA) at a ceremony held in Tulsa Okla. The National Women Bowling Writers (NWBW) awarded Wayne the Alberta E. Crowe award in Apr 1995 at their national meeting in Tucson Ariz.
